Parent Teacher Group

The Parent Teacher Group (PTG) is vital in many ways to the success of our school. Parents volunteer in the classroom and on campus, serve on school committees, and participate in school and parish social activities, as well as participate in fundraising.

The PTG is led by a Board of parent volunteers who organize and facilitate school social activities, fundraising and committee functions. Currently, the PTG Board meets each month during the school year.

The PTG is invaluable to the success of St. Dominic School and its myriad of activities provides ample opportunities for families to complete their required 35 hours of service per year. Parental involvement in PTG is essential and provides an important modeling of service for our children and support for our school.

The General PTG meetings are held four times during the school year. All parents and teachers are expected to attend these important and informative meetings
